Privacy issues around social networking for professional associations

Peter is a Senior Associate at Henry Davis York and has 9 years’ experience acting for a range of commercial organisations. His clients include internet start ups, technology companies, associations, banks, universities, transport operators, manufacturers and retailers. Peter is the public officer and treasurer of the Communications & Media Law Association and is deputy chair of the Legal Forum of the Australian Information Industry Association.
